SailGP is an international race series styled after Formula 1 racing so it is incredibly fast and viewer friendly – SailGP website for you to peruse – absolutely worth watching some of the Youtube videos of the racing with your Scouts to get a feel for the boats and the racing itself.
In short, this is like getting backseat passes to a Formula 1 race but with boats instead of cars.
Cost will be $30/person but if you need some support, please reach out to Jon directly.
Parents – when you get these and other Troop emails, please share them with your Scouts. In any event, this is a super exciting development and one that isn’t to be missed.
