Troop 415 will be hosting this years Jamboree of the Air and Internet (JOTA/JOTI) for all the Scouts in the Golden Gate District (the district covers all SF scout units.) Scouts will be able to earn the Radio Merit Badge.
JOTA
Volunteers will be setting up a number of Ham Radio antennas in front of the Hall. Scouts will be able to communicate with Scouts from around the world via radio.
JOTI
Volunteers will be setting up tables where scouts can access the JOTI Minecraft servers that will host scouts from around the world in a virtual environment. (scouts must bring own laptops – Nintendo switches will NOT connect to these servers)

T415 will be hosting a BBQ fundraiser where we’ll cook up burgers and fixings as a little fundraiser for the Troop. Your support setting up the tables and helping with the BBQ on the day would be HUGELY appreciated!!
We will not need to do any of the Radio or Internet stuff, but if you’re keen then I am sure help there will be appreciated too.
