The Boys & Girls Club has asked our Troop to support their Volunteer Appreciation event at our meeting space. Given their generous support of our Troop, we’re happy to give back and help make this a special evening for their volunteers.
Scouts will assist with serving food, guiding guests to their tables, and helping with general tasks so the volunteers being recognized can relax and enjoy the event. We’ve been asked to help from 4:30–7:00 PM. We strongly encourage everyone to come and support as much as they can.
This will be a full Class A uniform occasion (uniform shirt and trousers/shorts). No MB sash as that may get in the way.
All scouts that attend will get community service credit.
