We’ll pitch in to refresh the BGC’s garden as a fun and hands-on community service project! We’re planning for a total of four hours of community service, and they’ll be providing snacks and drinks for everyone.
Our activity will involve cleaning out the garden shed and prepping the garden for spring. (organizing tools, clearing debris, and getting the beds ready for planting, etc.) There will be plenty to do and it should be a rewarding and enjoyable experience for everyone. All scouts have service requirements, and this is a great opportunity to give back, support our hosts, and make a positive impact on the community.
