In today’s digital world, understanding how to protect our information online is more important than ever. Event details

Scouts will have the unique opportunity to learn from and interact with Okta’s own cybersecurity experts about different career paths in the industry. We will dive into topics like cryptography, ethical hacking, and how to defend against cyber threats. This session is designed to be interactive and engaging, so come prepared to learn and participate!

Prerequisites

All Scouts must complete the following requirements before the event:

• With a parent or guardian’s permission, view the Digital Safety video from the Personal Safety Awareness series.
• Read an article about a recent cyber incident OR watch a movie/read a book about cybersecurity. Be prepared to discuss.
