Meet at Union Hall at 7:30am
We’re heading to Point Reyes for a weekend of hiking and camping on November 22 – 23!
We’ve reserved two hike-in campsites, and this campout will include a 5.5-mile trek each way to reach our campsite. Scouts will carry their gear, set up camp, and enjoy the incredible scenery.
This trip is a great opportunity for Scouts working toward rank requirements that involve camping and outdoor skills. We’re hoping to fill all 9 Scout spots quickly! The preferred Adult:Scout ratio is 3:9, but we can go as low as 2:10. Scouts will have priority for registration, but if there are still openings after that, additional adults will be welcome to join.
It’s a great chance to get out on the trail, practice your backpacking skills, and enjoy a beautiful weekend at Point Reyes!
Itinerary
- Start time: Meet at Union Hall at 7:30am on Saturday and car pool to trailhead
- Return time: no later than 4:30pm on Sunday
