TROOP 415

This is a placeholder for the planned campout with AOL. More details will be shared once the scouts have finalized them.

Start the new year with our annual RLM camping trip! This is also one of our last recruitment events for AOLs who are considering joining Troop 415, a great opportunity to experience what our troop is all about, get to know our Scouts, and share in the excitement of Scouting.

Itinerary

• Friday: Depart San Francisco for Rancho Los Mochos
• Saturday: Activities will include archery, possibly rifle shooting, some Dutch oven cooking, and pioneering projects
• Sunday: Arrive back in San Francisco

Important Notes for AOL Families

All AOL parents are welcome to join, but it’s not required. This is an excellent opportunity for your AOL Scout to experience a night away from home while enjoying the support and camaraderie of their peers. Of course, if your Scout isn’t ready to camp without you, we’d love to have you along!

Leadership Requirements: AOL dens are permitted to camp with a Troop as long as there are two registered Pack leaders present.

What to Bring

Scouts only need to bring their camping gear (tent, sleeping bag, backpack, etc.) and a mess kit (plates, utensils, and a cup) to eat and drink from. The T415 Scouts will handle all the food, so no need to worry about meal prep!
